Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Avionics Technician to support aircraft production and modification activities. This position involves installing electrical harnesses and components, routing and terminating wiring, performing continuity and operational testing, and troubleshooting electrical and avionics systems.
Responsibilities:
Install electrical harnesses, wiring, and aircraft components.
Route, terminate, and secure aircraft wiring and cables.
Perform continuity checks and operational testing.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical and avionics systems.
Complete general mechanical installations, testing, and inspections as assigned.
Read and interpret safety procedures, maintenance instructions, technical manuals, and work instructions.
Maintain a clean, safe, and FOD-free work environment.
Properly handle and dispose of materials in accordance with applicable procedures.
Follow all safety and quality requirements while performing assigned tasks.
Preferred Experience:
Aircraft avionics installation and modification
Electrical harness installation
Wire routing and cable termination
Continuity testing
Soldering and connector assembly
Electrical and avionics troubleshooting
Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical documentation
