Job Summary: Full Time Direct Hire
We are seeking an Aviation Mechanic to join our maintenance team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates transitioning from the military or graduating from an aviation maintenance program. You’ll gain hands-on experience maintaining and repairing aircraft while working alongside experienced technicians in a safety-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on aircraft and related systems
- Assist with troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues
- Follow maintenance manuals, technical data, and FAA regulations
- Document all work performed in maintenance logs and records
- Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Support senior mechanics with scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks
Qualifications:
- Military aviation maintenance experience OR recent graduate of an FAA-approved A&P program
- A&P License preferred (or in progress)
- Basic understanding of aircraft systems (hydraulics, electrical, engines, structures)
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willingness to learn and grow in an aviation maintenance career

Schedule:
- Monday through Friday – 7am to 3:30pm
