Currently, we are seeking an Availability Manager to join our Team!

Requirements

Must Have:

  • Fifteen (15) years’ experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity within the Federal Government is required. Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (5) years of additional web development experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
  • TS/SCI w/ POLYGRAPH REQUIRED BEFORE CONSIDERATION

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Availability Managers for Eagle Alliance are responsible for overseeing all provided IT services, and ensuring they always remain available to the client
  • This includes desktop, server, network, telephony and cloud-based services
  • In the circumstances where a service outage does occur it is their role to ensure service is restored as fast as possible
  • This is accomplished via coordinating with multiple teams to include high level briefings to client and senior leadership
  • That coordination combined with an intricate knowledge of the entire technology infrastructure allows for an extremely high success rate
  • This role requires high level, time sensitive, decision making, while supporting a high profile large Government client. Once service restoral is accomplished, root cause analysis is completed, to ensure similar outages do not re-occur
  • Education & Experience:

Clearance Requirements
