Automotive Service Technician

������ Rockville & Ownings Mill, MD | Flat Rate: $30–$55+/hr + Bonus Opportunities | $120K+ Earning Potential | Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Assistance

What you'll be doing:

• Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently and accurately
• Perform maintenance and factory-recommended services
• Collaborate with service advisors and parts department
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing technical and EV training

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of automotive technician experience
• ASE certifications and/or technical school training preferred
• European brand experience a plus
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license
