• Diagnose and repair American made vehicles, including engine, transmission, electrical, and drivability concerns

• Perform routine maintenance and complex repairs in accordance with Company standards

• Use our diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues accurately

• Complete repair orders with clear and accurate documentation for customer and warranty purposes

• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding recommended repairs and timelines

• Maintain productivity and efficiency goals

• Keep up to date with Company training and certification requirements

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

• Assist in supporting entry-level technicians when needed

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive repair experience (dealership experience preferred)
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
• Experience with our IDS/FDRS systems preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
