Automotive Service Technician — Luxury Import Dealership

������ Birmingham, AL | Flat Rate: $35–$50/hr | Relocation Assistance Available

What you'll be doing:

• Diagnose and repair vehicles per manufacturer and dealership standards
• Communicate with parts department and service advisors on repair status
• Identify additional service needs and flag them appropriately
• Document all work performed accurately
• Mentor apprentice technicians as needed
• Stay current through factory-sponsored training (fully paid, mandatory investment in your career — not optional, not on your dime)

What we're looking for:

• ASE certification or manufacturer-specific training (Master Tech, L3/L4, or equivalent strongly preferred)
• Strong mechanical fundamentals and diagnostic ability
• Experience with luxury or European import brands a plus (Land Rover, Jaguar, BMW, Audi, Volvo, etc.) — but not required if your diagnostic and mechanical skills are strong
• High CSI focus — you care about doing the job right, not just fast
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
