Acloché is hiring Industrial Painters for a growing manufacturing facility in Delaware, Ohio. If you have experience with spray painting, coatings, and surface preparation in a manufacturing or industrial setting, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

• Prepare metal and other surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers.
• Apply industrial paints and coatings using spray equipment and other painting techniques.
• Mix paints and coatings to meet production specifications and quality requirements.
• Inspect finished products to ensure a consistent, high-quality finish.
• Maintain painting equipment and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures and properly utilize PPE.

What We're Looking For

✅ Previous industrial, automotive, or manufacturing painting experience

✅ Experience with spray painting equipment and coating applications

✅ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

✅ Comfortable performing physical tasks, including standing, lifting, bending, and reaching throughout the shift

Schedule

Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Saturday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
