Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder/Fabricator. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components to create high-quality products. Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
Perform welding and fabrication tasks using various techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
Set up and operate welding machines and tools safely and efficiently.
Inspect and test welded surfaces to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols at all times.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
Assist in the training of junior welders and fabricators as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in welding or fabrication preferred.
Proven experience as a welder/fabricator, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Proficiency in various welding techniques and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Knowledge of safety standards and practices in welding and fabrication.

1st shift - 7am to 4pm Mon-Fri-OT as needed

Pay is based on experience ($23+)
