Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday (2:00pm - 12:30am or 10:00pm - 8:30am) Wage: $25/hr - $27/hr +$1.00 differential on 2nd shift

+$2.00 differential on 3rd shift

Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Mechanic in Florence, KY! We are looking for a skilled and passionate individual who loves working with cars and has a knack for diagnosing and repairing automotive issues. Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs and maintenance recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certification preferred.
  • Proven experience as an automotive mechanic or technician.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques.
  • Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY/WORKING CONDITIONS MAY INCLUDE:

  • Specific vision abilities required for this job include: Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less); distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more); peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point); depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships); ability to adjust focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus)
