Automotive Assembler

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Position Summary

No advanced assembly experience is required—we are willing to train candidates with a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components using basic hand and power tools.
• Follow assembly instructions, work orders, and production procedures.
• Inspect components and finished assemblies for accuracy and defects.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Meet daily production goals and quality standards.
• Report production issues or material shortages to supervisors.
• Continuously improve speed and efficiency while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

Required

• Experience using hand tools such as drills, screwdrivers, wrenches, and similar tools.
• Mechanically inclined with ability to learn electrical systems.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work in a production environment.

Preferred

• Previous experience in:

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed up to 50 lbs.
• Manual dexterity to handle small parts and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
