Are you a hands-on technician who enjoys troubleshooting electrical systems, robotics, automation equipment, and solving complex technical problems?

What You'll Do

✅ Test and validate robotic paint automation systems, industrial robots, and automated manufacturing equipment

✅ Perform electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, software, and safety testing according to engineering specifications

✅ Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, controls, robotic, networking, and automation issues

✅ Verify system functionality, performance, and quality standards before customer release

✅ Support robot startup, calibration, commissioning, and system integration activities

✅ Validate I/O devices, sensors, actuators, safety circuits, and field devices

✅ Document test results, corrective actions, and performance metrics

✅ Collaborate with Controls Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, and Production teams to resolve technical issues

✅ Complete work orders and testing documentation within the ERP system

✅ Maintain compliance with safety standards including Lockout/Tagout, Robot Safety, HAZMAT, and PPE requirements

Qualifications

✔ High School Diploma or GED

✔ 1-5 years of experience in manufacturing, electrical assembly, automation, maintenance, testing, or troubleshooting

✔ Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, pneumatic diagrams, and engineering documentation

✔ Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills

✔ Experience with industrial automation, robotics, controls, maintenance, or electrical systems preferred

✔ Associate Degree, Technical Certificate, Electrical Apprenticeship, or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
