Job Details:

• Install, configure, and maintain automated machinery and control systems.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on automated equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and control system issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize automation processes.
• Program and modify PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces).
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Document maintenance activities and update technical manuals as needed.
• Provide training and support to production staff on the operation of automated systems.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and reliability.

• Associate degree in Automation Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as an Automation Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of PLC programming, HMI configuration, and control systems.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

• Experience with robotics and vision systems.
• Familiarity with industrial networking and communication protocols.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to automated systems.
• Certification in automation or control systems (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) is a plus.

• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including standing, walking, and climbing.
