Job Description

Are you a hands-on manufacturing professional with mechanical skills and experience working around automated equipment? We are looking for a Manufacturing Technician to join a fast-paced production environment in Rosharon, TX.

In this role, you’ll work with modern manufacturing equipment, HMIs, hydraulic systems, conveyors, and semi-automated machinery to help keep production running safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor semi-automated production equipment.
• Use HMI and touchscreen systems to control and monitor production processes.
• Install and change mechanical tooling using hand tools, including Allen wrenches and torque wrenches.
• Operate hydraulic presses, robots, conveyors, and other production equipment.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and make real-time adjustments to support production flow.
• Monitor equipment performance, product quality, and process parameters.
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety requirements, including lockout/tagout procedures.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, industrial, or automated environments.
• Hands-on mechanical skills and experience with equipment setup or tooling changes.
• Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic mechanical troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and safe equipment operation.
• Experience with or exposure to hydraulic systems and hydraulic presses.
• Familiarity with HMIs, touchscreen controls, automated equipment, robots, or conveyors.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with industrial automation or semi-automated production lines.
• Ability to read basic mechanical or electrical schematics.
• Technical or vocational training in manufacturing, industrial technology, mechatronics, or a related field.
• Safety training such as lockout/tagout, electrical awareness, forklift, or equipment operation.

High school diploma or GED required.
