Overview

If you’ve worked with industrial automation, robotics, or conveyor systems and are ready to take the next step, this is a role that actually offers real growth.

Our client is expanding operations and hiring Automation Technicians to support highly automated production equipment. This is a hands on role working with PLC driven systems, robotics, and advanced material handling equipment in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

This is not a basic maintenance position. You will work alongside engineers and experienced technicians to troubleshoot, improve, and optimize automation systems that keep production running.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Troubleshoot and repair PLC controlled automation systems
  • Maintain and support industrial robots, conveyors, sensors, and motor controls
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with VFDs, drives, and electrical control panels
  • Partner with automation engineers on system improvements and optimization
  • Perform preventative maintenance on automated production lines
  • Respond to equipment downtime and drive root cause analysis

What We’re Looking For

We are targeting technicians with experience in automated environments, not just general maintenance.

Key experience includes:

  • Industrial automation environments
  • PLC troubleshooting (Allen Bradley or similar)
  • Robotics or automated conveyor systems
  • Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
  • Sensors, motor controls, and VFDs

Backgrounds That Translate Well

  • Manufacturing environments
  • Distribution or fulfillment automation
  • Robotics and material handling systems
  • Industrial maintenance roles supporting automated equipment

What You Get

  • Competitive compensation with shift differentials
  • Full benefits package
  • Exposure to modern automation and robotics systems
  • Clear path into senior and advanced technical roles
  • Opportunity to work with a company actively investing in automation
