WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:1. Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment, including automated and robotic systems
- Perform electrical work (480V & 110V), hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical system repairs
- Diagnose and modify PLCs and control systems to support equipment performance
- Conduct preventative maintenance on assembly and production equipment to minimize downtime
- Analyze equipment issues and implement solutions in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Collaborate with engineering teams to drive continuous improvement of equipment and processes
- Support installation, upgrades, and recommendations for new equipment to maintain production efficiency
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical documents, and maintenance manuals
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational procedures, and manufacturing documentation requirements
- Occasionally lead projects and guide team members to complete assigned tasks
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:1. 2+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience with automated equipment and systems (3+ years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in fast-paced production environments
- High attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards
- Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certifications preferred
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical job duties as needed
