Job Summary
Designs, analyzes, modifies, and integrates robotics, automation, technologies and processes related to equipment and tooling for applicability to programs and products. Develops, implements, and tests preventative maintenance plans, interim solutions for damaged and unsafe equipment, and tooling. Investigates and documents engineering changes and controls equipment and tooling configuration in accordance with standard operating procedures. Develops and recommends equipment reliability improvements through the application of reliability engineering tooling.
Education & Experience
5 - 8 years of experience required
2 years of team lead experience required
College or university degree required
Responsibilities
Lead project delivery across design, analysis, integration, and validation of automation systems; define architectures, specifications, and acceptance criteria; guide test planning, data collection, and performance verification; drive reliability engineering and maintainability improvements; manage change control, documentation, and configuration integrity; coordinate cross-functional interfaces and readiness for deployment; embed safety, quality, and compliance in solutions; mentor contributors and promote standardized practices to ensure operational excellence.
