Automation Controls Technician - 4th Shift (Weekend Days)

Friday-Sunday | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Pay: $22.89-$47.78/hr + 12% Shift Differential

Effective Pay: Approximately $25.64-$53.51/hr

What You'll Be Doing

Join a team focused on building cutting-edge automated machinery used in manufacturing operations. This role combines mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, machine building, and automation technology in a hands-on environment.

You'll help assemble, test, repair, and improve custom automation systems that may include robotics, automated feeders, packaging systems, sensors, lasers, and advanced manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble automated machinery from engineering drawings

• Install and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components

• Support machine startup and testing

• Verify dimensions, alignments, and machine functionality

• Organize materials and support project execution

• Perform machine modifications and repairs

• Work directly with engineering teams on new automation projects

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on mechanical or manufacturing experience

• Background in machine building, industrial maintenance, machining, or automation

• Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment

• Ability to work from blueprints and technical drawings

• Familiarity with sensors, motors, and automation controls

• Welding, machining, or fabrication experience is a plus

• High School Diploma or GED required
