Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain automated systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation and robotics.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system upgrades and improvements.
• Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of repairs.
• Assist in training new team members on automation processes and safety protocols.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in automation or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an Automation Technician or similar role.
• Strong understanding of automated systems, robotics, and control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
