Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain automated production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in automation systems.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on automation cells.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements.
• Document maintenance activities and update system logs as required.
• Assist in the training of new team members on automation processes and safety protocols.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in automation, electronics, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or automation environment.
• Strong understanding of automated systems, robotics, and control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
