Responsibilities

• Set up and operate screen printing machines to produce various designs on fabrics and other materials.
• Mix inks and prepare screens according to specifications.
• Inspect printed materials for quality and consistency, making adjustments as needed.
• Maintain equipment and workspace to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and timelines.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any printing issues that arise during production.
• Keep accurate records of production runs and inventory levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of screen printing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for color and design.
• Ability to operate screen printing equipment and tools safely and effectively.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
• Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management.
