Position SummaryWe are looking for an Electrical and Mechanical AutoCAD Designer/Drafter to primarily create detailed Automation Control Panel and Industrial I&E Rack System drawings using AutoCAD Electrical. This position will also provide secondary support for Mechanical Gas Tubing Detection System Panel designs and proposals. Key Responsibilities- Design and execute detailed drawings for Automation Control Panels using AutoCAD Electrical.

• Create drawings for Industrial I&E Rack Systems.

• Provide secondary support for Mechanical Gas Tubing Detection System Panel designs and proposals.

• Apply NEC code requirements related to PLC, I&E controls, and instrumentation panels.

• Work with Mechanical Tubing Systems, Industrial Automation Systems, and Industrial I&E Rack Systems.

Required Qualifications & Skills- 3–5 years of experience designing and executing detailed drawings using AutoCAD Electrical.

• Thorough knowledge of NEC code as it pertains to:- PLC systems

  • I&E controls
  • Instrumentation panels

• Good working knowledge of:- Mechanical Tubing Systems

  • Industrial Automation Systems
  • Industrial I&E Rack Systems

• Associate Degree in Engineering OR Engineering Certificate.
