• Train and mentor staff on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing and delivery terms.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards within the department.
• Assist customers in selecting the right parts and provide technical support as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in auto parts management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
