Auto Body/Fiberglass Technician

We are seeking a skilled Auto Bod/ Fiberglass Technician to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing injection and blow molds to support efficient production operations and minimize downtime. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, repair experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs on injection and blow molds
• Troubleshoot mold issues and complete repairs in a timely manner
• Read and interpret mold drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation
• Assist with mold modifications and continuous improvement projects
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to improve mold performance
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety standards
• Monitor spare parts inventory and communicate maintenance needs
• Support training and knowledge sharing within the department

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Auto Body/Fiberglass Technician
• Willingness to learn a new skill in Mold Maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical repair skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Reliable attendance and commitment to safety
