Job Description

Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm

**Pay: **$21.00 - $23.00/HR

Duties:

• Perform surface treatment tasks including body filling, grinding, sanding, and mudding to prepare metal for paint

• Ensure precision and quality control across all bodywork, maintaining high standards of finish and fit

• Operate and maintain industry-standard bodywork and metalworking tools with skill and safety

• Innovate and refine techniques using the latest tools and technologies to enhance craftsmanship

• Collaborate with a team of finishers to deliver a world-class final product

• Troubleshoot and resolve surface imperfections and structural inconsistencies

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace in a fast-paced environment

• Uphold company standards for safety, quality, and productivity at all times

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in auto body work (grinding, sanding, mudding) — Required

• Proficient with bodywork and metalworking tools and techniques

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing flawless finishes

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Passion for the artistry of metal finishing and pride in craftsmanship

• Comfortable working in a high-energy, deadline-driven environment

• Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in auto body repair
