| · Responsible for process control computers and electrical maintenance at all The Company facilities |
| · Operates and controls equipment used in an air separation plant. |
| · Must maintain Qualified Electrical Worker certification |
| · Maintains quality control and quality assurance equipment, including process analyzers and gas chromatographs - Install, maintain, adjust and repair manual, pneumatic, electric and electronic measuring, recording, and regulating instrumentation. |
| · Maintains calibration standards, including inspection, testing and measuring equipment as well as calibration gas cylinders , rebuild pumps, clean coolers, help with rotating equipment rebuilds. Perform routine and non-routine analytical calibrations and adjustments. |
| · Works with management team to schedule calibration and preventive maintenance programs to achieve plant and company strategic quality goals. Assists in the training and development of others when needed |
- Work in a safe manner and comply with OSHA and The Company Safety rules.

| · Performs maintenance on compressors, pumps, turbines, valves, motors, and other plant equipment, when required. |
| · Reliability best practice development and compliance enforcement. (Specifications, Standards, and Policies), |
| · Accurate, organized, and on-time administrative reporting (reports, schedule, tasks, time, costs, etc.) |
| · Reads and interprets technical drawings and manuals. |
| · Ability to research, select and negotiate purchases for suitable plant equipment - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals - Statistical and analytical skills. |
