| JOB SUMMARY |
| The ASU Reliability Engineering Manager will manage the reliability engineering program, manage engineering projects, and provide technical expertise to support a safe, efficient, and reliable ASU (Air Separation Unit) production operation. This role leads reliability-focused engineering activities, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and partners closely with Operations, Maintenance, and Safety to maximize plant availability, reduce unplanned downtime, and optimize lifecycle performance of production equipment.. The position plays a critical role in asset management strategy, root cause analysis, reliability engineering standards, and long-term production sustainability across bulk gas facilities. Engineering responsibility covers all disciplines, design, procurement, project management implementation, and management of change related to the production unit. |

| · Engineering safety, quality, and reliability risk assessment, (DMAIC, HAZOP, FMEA, RAM, C&E, LOPA, etc) |
| · Reliability best practice development and compliance enforcement. (Specifications, Standards, and Policies), |
| · Oversight of Productivity and reliability performance assessments, (Lean 6s, Engineering disciplines, CMMS, P&L statements, ROI, etc) |
| · Lead, manage, train, and develop the department personnel |
| · Develop departmental cost projects with a target goal of in maintaining cost savings |
| · Lead, plan, and schedule projects through the work management system |
