Job Description:

  • Responsible for all Moves Adds & Changes (churn and project-related moves) in the following facilities:
    • Owings Mills, MD
  • Coordinate all move detail information including documentation, timelines and strategies, dependent on the size of the move
  • Schedule all vendors including movers and electricians
  • Facilitate delivery of all boxes, move instructions and labels
  • Coordinate and confirm disconnect and reconnect of all technology and phones, ensuring ID assignments are correct
  • Act as onsite contact for vendors and internal IT resources during pre/post move activities
  • Provide excellent customer service, support, and pre- and post-move follow up to Move Coordinators and End Users

Required competencies:

  • Demonstrated consulting and customer services skills
  • Basic knowledge of Office 365 including Outlook and Excel
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work after-hours (frequent Friday evenings; occasional Wednesday evenings for larger moves) and weekends as required
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Ability to withstand extended periods of walking and crouching during asset verification activities

Desired competencies:

  • Solid working knowledge of Planon or other similar Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS)
  • Space planning & design skills and experience
