In this Manufacturing Trainer Associate role, the individual would be working with employees to complete the training program assigned and work directly on the manufacturing floor training employees on the requirements of manufacturing Arthrex, Inc. product, and will be located in our Ave Maria, FL Manufacturing location. Days/Hours: Monday - Friday/8:00AM - 5:00PM
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Education and Experience:
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and interact effectively with at all organizational levels.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to teach/instruct technical classes. When instructing/teaching must have the ability to engage the participants and maintain an appropriate professional learning environment.
Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Expertise in Swiss Turn, milling, and conventional lathes preferred.
Language and Communication Skills:
Ability to comprehend and apply language skills to the degree required to perform the job based upon the job requirements listed above. Ability to verbally communicate ideas and issues effectively to other team members and management. Ability to write and record data and information as required by procedures.
