Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

As a member of US Operations' New Products Team, the successful Source ATE will perform hands-on assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and resolution of diverse problems related to manufacturing the light source for KLA's newest reticle inspection systems.

ATEs also help support continuous improvement efforts that drive MFG process improvements to cost, cycle-time, and overall efficiency!

  • Performs manufacturing of opto-mechanical and electrical sub-assemblies and/or systems
  • Assists in the set-up, alignment, & calibration of sophisticated test equipment and processes
  • Assists in improving manufacturing processes!
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings/procedures and use a variety of precision test & measurement equipment
  • Previous hands-on experience with semiconductor equipment, especially with precision motion control, optical-mechanical alignment, and system-level diagnosis
  • Strong problem solving & analytical skills to resolve technical challenges in manufacturing
  • Strong ability to update documents for a repeatable Manufacturing Process
  • Must have good interpersonal skills and work in a collaborative manner

Minimum Qualifications

Requires a minimum of 2 to 4 years of related experience or bachelor's degree.
