Support the quality assurance of various Production manufacturing cells, components, and final product.
Apply systematic problem-solving methodologies in identifying and resolving quality issues. Support the implementation of Corrective Actions/Preventative Actions (CAPA) and verify their effectiveness.
As a Quality representative on cross-functional teams, support a variety of production and supplier issues, and improvement projects.
Utilize engineering principles and practices to execute quality assurance and quality systems applications.
Track Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Presentation of KPIs to Management may be required.
Participate in quality audit functions (internal and external).
Communicate with customer and/or supplier on quality issues.
Recognition by internal staff, external customers, and suppliers of possessing knowledge of quality.
Understand overall quality objectives and principles. Continually work to deliver results and create solutions that support these objectives

Focus on overall product integrity and quality control
BA/BS with 0-2+ years of experience
Engineering or Quality Assurance degree discipline required. Prior Quality control experience is advantageous
Full understanding and deployment of a Quality Management System with expert knowledge of ISO 9001
Interpretation of technical drawings and specifications, industry specific standards and knowledge of change control processes and methods.
Excellent use of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong communications and organizational skills, with Intense focus on detail
Ability to work with minimal direct guidance or direction
Experience with Quality tools [PPAP, FMEAs, Gauge R&Rs, Process Control Plans a plus
Experience working with suppliers and supplier quality, along with quality auditing is a plus.
This position requires on-site work.
