About the role:
The Associate Project Manager will lead clinical study protocol and related project plan development and design in partnership with clinical investigators and BSC study team members, while later driving study startup, oversight of study compliance (staying aligned to ICH, ISO, CFR and GCP guidelines) and monitoring, and timely study closeout. The Associate Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional partners (safety, medical, quality, marketing, R&D, etc.) providing support and input where necessary. This position will allow you direct interaction with therapeutic experts and the opportunity to contribute to the testing and generation of data for cutting edge medical devices that you will ensure meet the highest of standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contribute to protocol, ICF, IB and Reg submission creation.
  • Execute CDAs and supports creation of CSAs and site budgets.
  • Conduct Clinical Project Meetings and manages Meeting Minutes.
  • Manages device tracking/accountability and responsible for site management activities.
  • Use internal systems to update project milestones and study timelines.
  • Manage Master study file.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or related field
  • A minimum of 3 years in hospital based or sponsored clinical research
  • Must have knowledge of ICH GCP
  • Project management/study management experience and ability to prioritize and adhere to strict deadlines

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Science or related field
  • Technical and/or scientific writing skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively communicate with cross-functional, internal and external colleagues of all levels
  • Familiarity with ISO 14155
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%, including some international travel
  • Experience with clinical data collection, EDC, and statistics
  • Familiarity with study consent and ICFs
