Job Overview:

Job Summary

Leads small and large projects independently taking direction directly from the customer. With guidance, may participate in negotiations with internal or external clients; assisting with the development of business plans, strategies and approaches to take advantage of business opportunities. May manage vendor relationships including conducting planning session with vendors and service providers to define project scope and performance expectations. Provides subject matter expertise in areas including project management, setup. risk identification, facilitation, and other areas of expertise based on professional knowledge and background. Candidate must have previous experience and knowledge in supporting clients who work in Pharmaceutical labs. Ensures timelines are met and project goals are attained. Learning role with 1 to 2 years of experience.
  • Job Duties Support and communicate detailed project plans with internal and external partners.
  • Sets and manages customer project expectations.
  • Interface with various internal and external customers to support scope of work.
  • Perform various administrative duties as assigned.
  • Compile, analyze & share customer data for business purposes.
  • Manages customer expectations.
  • Drive best demonstrated practices.
  • Support harmonization and standardization processes.
  • Makes recommendations or alert leadership of impending business concerns. Assist with day-to-day operations.


  • High school diploma or GED required, BS degree preferred
  • 3+ years of Lab Environment experience preferred
  • Six Sigma training preferred
  • ​Experience with Project Managing Construction is a plus.
  • Knowledge of project management and working with project management tools. Proficient in excel and power point.
  • Self managed and self motivated as this role will report to a leader who is remote.
  • Customer site requires COVID-19 vaccination
  • Ability to work with and Outsource vendors
  • Ability to lead conference calls and provide status updates as needed
  • Able to make recommendations on how to utilize site space better

This position will required associate to work onsite at customer location in Cambridge, MA. This role could expand to support other customers located in Boston and Lexington.
