What You'll Do:

  • Analyze customer drawings and specifications to evaluate manufacturing feasibility.
  • Support prototype development, manufacturing, and procurement activities.
  • Coordinate APQP activities and drive successful new product launches.
  • Work directly with customers to understand and achieve product requirements.
  • Assist with project planning, tracking, budgets, and milestone management.
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and suppliers to keep projects moving forward.
  • Provide technical support for new products and manufacturing processes.
  • Help resolve customer quality concerns and support corrective actions.
  • Track action items, identify risks, and ensure deadlines are met.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
