About the role:

The Associate Program Manager, Marketing Capabilities, will drive global execution and impact of BSC’s Marketing Capabilities and Upskilling Programs, as well as our internal resource site, BSCMarketingU.

As a key contributor to the Marketing Capabilities Team, the individual in this role will help transform BSC’s global marketing function into a customer-centric, digitally-savvy, strategic organization that delivers exceptional value in a rapidly changing healthcare environment, while also providing deeper and richer professional development opportunities for the global marketing team. Success requires superb communication, a proactive mindset, and significant cross-functional stakeholder collaboration spanning multiple teams including business unit marketing, IT, HR, and corporate marketing.

Your responsibilities will include:
⦁ Lead and track multiple marketing upskilling programs, ensuring clear scopes and timelines while proactively communicating with participants and the marketing capabilities team
⦁ Develop and execute communications strategy to promote programs and drive participation
⦁ Manage and optimize BSCMarketingU intranet site to drive page visits and users, while collaborating with subject matter experts to update and refresh content
⦁ Communicate status and any risks or issues involved in programs and projects and provide solutions
⦁ Proactively identify and address pressing business issues that need immediate attention. Provide informed, unbiased insight including on-the-ground feedback
⦁ Determine key performance indicators (KPIs), how to measure program performance, and drives the team to deliver against the measurement and reporting of those KPIs
⦁ Manage ImagineIF internal innovation program, including communications strategy, submission site, and project selection, working closely with executive level steering committee

Minimum Qualifications:
⦁ Minimum of a bachelors degree
⦁ Minimum of 3 years of experience managing programs and projects simultaneously, including communications, meeting facilitation, budgeting, and measurement (e.g. project management or agency experience)
⦁ Experience working with email platform tools (Poppulo preferred)
⦁ Microsoft Office expertise, specifically in Excel and Powerpoint
⦁ A track record in leading and delivering complex large-scale projects and partnerships, often managing a range of internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
⦁ Experience working globally in a virtual and matrix organization, directly across multiple countries/regions, with proven ability to work within areas of cultural difference or consumer sensitivity
⦁ Ability to engage and influence cross-functional colleagues, even without direct reporting relationships
⦁ Desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; can quickly modify plans and re-prioritize as circumstances change
⦁ Passion for learning, development, innovation, and driving project through to completion with tenacity
⦁ Demonstrated presentation skills and business storytelling
