At AmTab Manufacturing Corporation, we bring bold environments to life. From large-format wall graphics to branded LED signage, our Signage, Graphics & Décor (SGD) team plays a crucial role in shaping K–12 learning spaces across the country.

We’re looking for a hands-on Production Associate to join our fast-moving SGD team and help produce, prepare, and package graphic components that define the AmTab brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

Production Support & Finishing Tasks

• Operate production equipment including vinyl cutters, laminators, and trimmers
• Apply finishing touches: cutting, weeding, taping, mounting, and packaging printed graphics
• Label and organize parts and shipments for accuracy and efficiency
• Assist with wrapping, boxing, and fulfillment for outbound jobs
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and 5S-compliant

Project Coordination & Admin Support

• Help track task completion and flag bottlenecks or material issues
• Support in verifying design files, measurements, and materials match the production order
• Input order data, generate job packets, and document instructions
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Prepress on timeline and delivery alignment
• Maintain inventory of finishing supplies and report usage needs

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, print production, signage, or similar work environment preferred
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Excel
• Comfortable operating production equipment and willing to be trained on specialized tools
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly, and up to 50 lbs with assistance or equipment
• Positive, proactive team player with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
• Familiarity with diagrams, layout specs, or print documentation a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Physical & Safety Requirements

• Stand, walk, and use hands for extended periods in a production setting
• Lift, carry, and move materials up to 35 lbs independently; team lift or equipment required above that
• Regular exposure to printing equipment, adhesives, and production tools
• Required PPE: safety shoes, gloves, and safety glasses as designated
