General Responsibilities:  

The Evenflo Associate Product Manager for our Wheeled Goods Category plays a key role in understanding our consumer and bringing product refreshes to market.  This candidate is a consumer advocate, focusing on fashion refreshes and product improvements that improve product sales & stay relevant in the market.  


The Associate Product Manager assists the Product Manager & Director on the product development team working closely with Sales, Brand, Engineering, Project Management, Design, Softgoods/Fashion, Finance, Supply Chain, Demand Planning and our Digital Marketing Team.  A strong desire to learn & take initiative will ensure success.  


Responsible for managing our running line item performance, compiling competitive landscapes and managing digital assets and product go-to-market launches, the successful candidate should possess strong communication & organizational skills.



The Associate Product Manager will provide leadership in these four areas:

  • Product Line:  Manage refresh products from initiation to execution on time, to spec and within cost.
  • Consumer Insights:  Product management represents THE voice of the consumer.  The Associate Product Manager knows the consumer, their needs and how the product is used better than anyone. 
  • Market Analysis:  Monitor category and channel trends, competitive product entry and product performance to aggressively drive success at point of sale and in the digital space.
  • Business Management: Support the team on new products; displaying info in easy-to-understand visuals, creating presentations for both internal and external stakeholders 


Required Experience 

Bachelor’s Degree required; a minimum of 2-5 years of experience; product development experience a plus.

  • Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, multitask and work well under pressure
  • Exhibit in-depth understanding of consumer, customer, channel and market trends.
  • Ability to create clear and concise instructions for consumer assembly and proper product use

  • Sincere empathy for the customer and a commitment to delving deep into the challenges they present or experience to enhance user experience
