Salary range: Up to $116,000k annually. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.

Summary
Within the Protection & General Supplies Division, the Associate Product Manager, PPE will support the day-to-day North America PPE businesses by driving and executing marketing programs that support the execution of business plan, enhance product profitability and expand market share.

This position is accountable for supporting initiatives that drive the key strategies for the business, as well as collaborating with key customers and stakeholders (both internal and external).


Core Responsibilities
• Lead superior program management and measurable performance to drive net sales,
operating profit, and market share of the PPE businesses.
• Manage assigned PPE category(s) commercial pipelines along with inputs to inform
financial forecasting, demand and supply planning.
• Organize and manage PPE category(s) cross-referencing, RFI/RFP responses,
customer and commercial inquiries, copy, claims and collateral.
• Play a critical role in maintaining and growing the business. Gather insights from multiple
sources and synthesize into a compelling story for the appropriate audience (customers,
internal leadership, and sales team).
• Serve as the internal and external representative for the assigned PPE category(s)
offering, working closely with the sales teams, cross-functional key customers and
leadership team.
• Provide leadership for commercial program development and execution (including
pricing, sales collateral, training).
• Develop and refine marketing, communication and market activation plans.
• Monitor and track market share using available data analytics tools
• Other duties as assigned

Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1-3 years of Product/Category Management, Marketing, Business, Sales. Healthcare or Medical Device experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to travel 10%-30% of the time.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft; Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Work independently (self-motivated) and complete projects within required timeframes.
• Strong analytical, decision making, influence, and communication skills.
• Demonstrate positive energy to effectively represent category internally and externally.
• Skilled in diagnosing and resolving complex problems and opportunities.
