The anticipated pay range for this role is: up to $80,000 annually. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.
Job Summary
The Associate Product Manager will support the execution of global product strategies with a strong focus on new product development (NPD), innovation, and product launches. This role offers early-career talent the opportunity to work on high-impact, visible initiatives across the full product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams across Market Research, R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Commercial functions.
The position provides direct exposure to senior leadership and meaningful responsibility in delivering new products to market, making it an ideal opportunity for a high-performing recent graduate seeking to accelerate their career in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where they can build foundational product management capabilities while contributing to meaningful healthcare solutions.
Core Responsibilities
Support execution of new product development (NPD) programs and product roadmap initiatives, ensuring alignment to business strategy and customer needs
Assist in end-to-end product launch execution, coordinating cross-functional deliverables, timelines, and key milestones
Ensure all product launches adhere to sales activation processes and product launch tracker requirements, driving on-time and high-quality execution
Partner with commercial teams to develop and deliver product training, launch materials, and sales enablement tools
Collaborate cross-functionally (R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain) to ensure product readiness, compliance, and successful commercialization
Support development of value propositions, product positioning, and go-to-market assets
Analyze launch performance, product adoption, and market trends to generate data-driven insights and recommendations
Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis to inform product strategy and innovation opportunities
Maintain product data accuracy and support product setup within internal systems.
Drive disciplined execution by tracking risks, dependencies, and progress against key deliverables
Qualifying Expereince
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Engineering, Biomedical, or related field)
Recent graduate (0–2 years experience) with strong academic achievement
Preference for candidates from top-tier analytical and engineering programs (e.g., Georgia Institute of Technology, Kennesaw State University)
Internship or co-op experience in product management, consulting, engineering, or marketing strongly preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
High degree of initiative, curiosity, and ownership in ambiguous environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and PowerBI (Preferred)
Interest in healthcare, medical products, or technology-driven industries
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Exposure to new product development or stage-gate processes
Basic understanding of financial modeling, pricing, or business case development
Experience working in cross-functional or team-based project environments
Familiarity with data analysis tools or structured problem-solving frameworks
Inside working conditions.
Flexibility to support both US Eastern and Asia time zones
Up to 15% international travel.
Open to remote / hybrid in-office work with regional travel as necessary.
