Schedule in LMS and track global learning activity for a large volume of learning programs and courses
Foster an excellent learner experience through communication, including creating teams in MS Teams and prompting interactions, collaborating with colleagues to manage the training inbox and provide prompt responses, and tracking issues and escalating as needed
Administer developmental self-insight assessments including 360-degree feedback surveys
Assist in evaluating program effectiveness by creating and distributing surveys and summarizing results
Execute reporting on global learning, associate engagement, and Talent Management initiatives, and visualize data
Partner with Learning and Development Analyst to support and monitor HRIS team proficiency with LMS functionality, ensuring an accurate, high quality user experience with L&D and compliance training offerings
Contribute to learning program content, including curating e-learning and other learning objects, building learning paths, creating and editing videos and quizzes, and producing job aids
May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned.
