About the Role
The Reckitt Associate Omnishopper Customer Marketing Manager will work directly with the Omnishopper Customer Marketing Manager to develop, execute and evaluate customer marketing campaigns built upon insight-driven shopper strategies. This position balances strategic direction and oversight with plan development, campaign implementation and ROI evaluation. You will work internally with Sales and Category Management teams, Brand and Trade Marketing teams along with external partners (agencies, vendors and customers) to inspire shopper connections that drive joint value for Reckitt and its retail partners.

1) Develop Omnishopper Customer Marketing Strategies
In conjunction with the Omnishopper Customer Marketing Manager, you will help develop insight-driven omnimarketing strategies and platforms that drive volume and profit and a point of difference for Reckitt and the customer.
Partner with shopper marketing agency to inspire innovative ideas and BIC plans that are customized for each retailer. Develop creative briefs and successful collaboration with agency to flawlessly execute all program activations
Manage and lead multiple projects and team collaborations simultaneously and with precision
2) Reckitt Brand Initiatives Execution
Execute superior omnishopper marketing program initiatives against key Reckitt brand initiatives
Lead shopper marketing agency and/or vendors to execute plans with excellence owning these campaigns from inception to completion
Optimize omnishopper marketing promotional vehicles that meet account and event specific requirements ensuring the deliverables and timelines consistently meet Reckitt and retail customer expectations
3) Reckitt Omnishopper Retail Strategy
Leverage shopper and retailer understanding/insights to both identify and develop creative, out-of-box activations that align with both Reckitt’s category, retail and retail media network strategy
Evaluate Reckitt strategy via an omnishopper lens to create compelling programs and selling stories for retail execution
Drive strategic direction and alignment with cross-functional partners both inside/ outside of Reckitt addressing both short and long-term strategies
4) Reckitt Omnishopper Program Analysis
Conduct pre-program ROI analysis for all omnishopper marketing programming
Lead Post-Program Analysis for omnishopper marketing programs, identifying successes and opportunities to maximize future program results
Manage all third-party reporting to ensure accurate results for ROI reporting; track all customer omnishopper activations.
Degree educated from a US or international recognised university
3-5 years of sales/marketing experience within CPG industry with at least 3 years in brand/customer/trade/shopper marketing
Demonstrated leadership skills, exhibiting a high degree of drive and the ability to produce exceptional results
Prior agency management experience
Prior analytics/insights experience with ability to synthesize data and make strategic recommendations
Prior project management experience – executing a project from start to finish with excellence
