We’re seeking a Voluntary Reorg Corporate Actions Associate to join our stellar team.

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.


  • Process Voluntary events & Mandatory events including tenders, exchanges, subscriptions, bankruptcies, etc..
  • Provide exceptional client service to our outsourcing clients
  • Monitor deadlines and critical cut-offs to ensure instructions are processed accordingly
  • Demonstrate the ability to identify potential risk scenarios and controls to minimize operational risk
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently across departments, with staff, senior management and clients


  • Candidate should possess a minimum of 1-2 years voluntary corporate actions processing experience with a detailed understanding of the process front to back
  • Strong demonstration of knowledge around Voluntary reorg events including Tenders, Exchanges, Conversions, Warrant and Rights Exercises, Dutch Auctions, SPAC Redemptions, etc...
  • Ability to multitask and take ownership of complex issues, as well as achieve deadlines and be able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Forward-thinking with keen attention to detail/deadlines in a dynamic risk oriented environment, and the ability to lead a team
  • Ability to provide support in the daily execution of key tasks when needed
  • Customer service competency required, with good written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Experience using DTC as well Non-US depositories such as Euroclear and Clearstream
  • Knowledge of using BPS/Shadow/ADP and IMPACT is preferred but not required
