YOU
The Associate Multi-Family Project Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day activity and workloads of the Multi-Family team. This includes working with management and Engineering Services to develop and improve new and existing processes to achieve maximum efficiency. The Associate Project Manager will coordinate with field sales to create a sales strategy, prepare project proposals, and travel with outside sales force. Additionally, they will process leads, facilitate projects, and develop budgets.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (% of Time)
Collaborate with Simpson sales force and builders to manage multifamily projects. Also, collaborate with shipping department to ensure product inventory and jobsite packaging is accurate. (40%)
Facilitate take-offs with the Engineering Services Department. Issue, review, and respond to RFI’s and questions from the jobsite. (25%)
Review plans and issue budgetary numbers for a project. Package and price material lists, and evaluate and analyze competitive situations. (15%)
Stage, ship and invoice projects. (15%)
Travel to various meetings and customer jobsites for sales presentations and preconstruction issues. (5%)

Pay
$63,500 - $101,600 / year
