We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate Manager, Media Analytics. As an Associate Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making processes by analyzing media performance, managing marketing's data intake process, and providing actionable insights. You will work closely with cross-functional, internal and external, teams to optimize our marketing efforts, identify trends, and drive strategic initiatives to enhance overall marketing effectiveness. The ideal candidate has a strong background in media analytics, a passion for data, and exceptional problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze media performance data across various channels, such as digital, TV, radio, social and other channels to identify key insights and trends.

  • Develop and maintain media reporting dashboards, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and relevance of data presented.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of media data, including audience segmentation, reach, and frequency.

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders regarding media strategies, creative messaging, audience targeting, and budget allocation.

  • Identify opportunities for media optimization and efficiency improvement based on data analysis and industry best practices.

  • Collaborate with agencies and marketing teams to integrate media performance with overall marketing data and metrics.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in media analytics tools, methodologies, and measurement techniques.

  • Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Aggregate our media data in our internal systems for analysis and historical records

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mathematics or other related fields, or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in media analytics, digital marketing analytics, or a related field.

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and visualization tools. SQL is a plus.

  • Experience with media analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Datorama, AWS Athena).

  • Experience with Amazon Marketing Cloud, Facebook Advanced Analytics and/or Google Data Hub is a plus.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and extracting data from them.

  • Experience is some capacity with Media Mix Models

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner..

  • Prior experience in the advertising, marketing, or media industry is a plus.

The starting budgeted pay range for this role will generally fall between $83,000.00 - $97,700.00 per year. Scotts will consider various factors in determining the actual pay including your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location.
