Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Associate Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist (Level 2) to join our Integrated Planning & Scheduling team. In this highly visible role that rolls up to the Program Management function, the focus will be on supporting a variety of proposal & development programs across BGS lines of business.

This is a hybrid position that allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The successful candidate will:

  • Develop and maintain integrated schedules

  • Perform or support schedule analysis

  • Support Program Management and Government Customers by providing schedule data and analysis

In general, Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialists are responsible for:

  • Support preparation, development and coordination of an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements

  • Assist with the development of program plans, schedules and coordinates with affected organizations, documents work statements and resulting schedules

  • Support the integration of program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers and partners of moderate complexity

  • Identify and report performance variances

  • Participate in the review of proposed changes to the baseline

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Experience in a role requiring project / program management skills

  • Experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

  • Business, finance or scheduling experience

  • Experience working on government programs

  • Experience using Integrated Scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Open Plan Professional, Primavera, etc.

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).


Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must reside within proximity to one of the listed Boeing locations or relocate at their own expense.
