Background and Purpose of the Job
As an Associate Innovation Planning Manager in the eCommerce Supply Chain Team, you will be responsible for the process of planning innovation launches online for both Pureplay and Omni Customers. Your objective is to ensure projects are kicked off, project timelines are built and then tracked for launch. As a critical lead in the Supply Chain, you’ll need to be able to work with multiple different stakeholders across the business to ensure projects are feasible and are delivered on time in full. You will also lead multiple eCommerce initiatives in development of our supply chain capabilities to support critical growth needed to support our fast-growing channel.

You’re a born leader: You will be a visible leader in the organization and lead 700-1000 project launches on an annual basis. Your actions will have a sizeable impact to enable growth in the eCommerce channel. You will influence your colleagues to drive step-changes in innovation planning to ensure eCommerce requirements are considered at the inception of a Project Launch.
You’re a Change Maker: You are a self-starter and a multitasker who can work independently under tight timelines. You want to make an impact by developing new processes that are different from the “supply chain norm” but will transform our business as well as the experience for our consumers.
You’re a dot connector: With an innate sense of how things interlock, you will be able to bridge the needs of different functions and expertly translate the requirements to keep the value chain in sync.
