Job Overview:

As an Associate E-commerce Manager for the Ocean Spray team, you will be part of the Center of Excellence team delivering growth for Ocean Spray. You will work on a Omnichannel team, reporting to the Sr. Manager, where you’ll play a critical role in driving our online consumer experience.

Position location: We're all about flexibility! This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA or our Seaport Boston, MA location with Mondays & Fridays remote.

Your responsibilities:

  • Engage with the brand and sales teams to provide thought leadership for retailers and drive omnichannel strategies, with a focus on delivering growth via digital commerce
  • Deliver category level conversion driving content strategy, defining and safeguarding best practice product content creation that builds on strong consumer understanding (what people are searching for) and algorithm knowledge
  • Drive annual content creation planning/Best practices including innovation and core, and adapt as needed to meet the needs of the always evolving business
  • Leverage digital shelf health tools (Salsify/Retailer score cards) and agency support to track compliance and performance of content of the category across priority retailers, benchmark competition, identify gaps / opportunities and drive corrective action plan implementation
  • Conduct in depth quantitative and qualitative audits across categories/retailers and keep apprised of industry trends to ensure that content always meets consumer intent and that our category playbook is up to date. Share new highlights with marketing team at least twice a year to keep upskilling them
  • Build strong relationships with key internal/external creative and performance partners to ensure we consistently apply best practices and leverage top talent for support
  • Upskill and provide thought leadership to marketing and sales teams
  • Support asset management and deployment teams

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related fields
  • At least 3-5 years of experience


Preferred Qualifications

  • Brand Management experience
  • Syndicated data
  • Experience working in consumer product goods
