General Summary:

The Associate, DSD Technology Deployment has responsibility for administration of our front-line hardware and assisting with training our field sales team in utilizing handheld devices as needed.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Maintain KPIs tracking testing, training, rollout, and effectiveness of front line devices.

  • Maintain vendor relationships and contract renewals

  • Equipment Loaner/Replacement Collections- Collaborate with RAM on charges/credits to the IDP

  • Purchasing of Accessories and Spares

  • Equipment/Accessory Shipment Management and tracking of inventory

  • Rental Equipment Program maintenance and form maintenance

  • Collaborate with DSD Support team on equipment availability levels

  • Oversee the DSD Reps Equipment Requests for Honeywell Parts & Accessories

  • Company route setups with equipment

  • Administration of cellular data program with Verizon and other periphery accessories for distributor use.

  • At the direction of the manager, work in collaboration with the broader technology enablement team on related projects, duties and assignments.

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university

  • Project management experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required

  • Experience analyzing data and summarizing findings

  • Exceptional planning, organizing, and time management skills

  • Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills.

  • Excellent project management skills.

  • Ability to effectively influence others, develop credibility and build relationships inside the organization with cross functional partners

  • Must be familiar and fluent to administer, post and manage SharePoint and other collaboration tools.

  • Strong results orientation. Effectively prioritizes work and manages to deadlines.

Working Conditions:

  • Modest amount of travel is expected.
