Job Description

Reporting into IT, the Global RGM/TPM Product Lead will be responsible for managing and building the K-C’s RGM capability with a focus on leveraging data and analytics (first data centric approach). Success is measured by the ability to incubate and plan with the business leaders and getting the delivery of configurable, scalable, and extensible digital solutions that drive business outcome value.

This role will work in partnership with Global / Regional RGM teams from Business and DTS (IT) to enable K-C’s RGM analytical vision of capturing value across the core Revenue Growth Management levers which includes Strategic Pricing, Price Pack Architecture, Mix Management, Gross to Net Optimization and Commercial Policy.

RGM analytics capability includes descriptive analytics (Playbooks), Predictive analytics (AI/Ml use cases) and unified data foundation to enable Self Service capabilities.

All regional Product Owners and Business / Data Analyst will report into this role.

Scope/Categories

Key Interfaces: Global / Regional RGM Business VPs / Directors / Leads, Local / Market RGM Leads / Analyst, DTS BU VPs/ IT-BPs, RGM / TPM Engineering Teams - Global CT Data and Analytics Leader from CDO organization and In-Market Execution Leader.

The scope is Global (all 4 regions) with all KC categories.

Key Accountabilities

  • Strong Relationships: Establish trusted relationships between IT and Global RGM stakeholders and acts as an influential player with RGM Global Leadership.

  • Product Vision/Strategy & Business Outcomes: Partner with Global / Regional RGM stakeholders to understand needs/requirements to be included in Global RGM Product roadmaps, including business case and outcome delivery.

  • Product Development: Lead and coordinate with the Product Owners (regional and global) the design, implementation, backlog prioritization and roadmap for RGM Analytics. Define priorities for the scrum team related to her/his product & perform story grooming. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies.

  • Effective Execution: Work closely with engineering / delivery teams to implement Global / Regional NextGen RGM along with existing RGM backlog. Provide oversight to project execution and actively participate or lead Global / Regional connects, PMO and SteerCo.

  • Measure Outcome: Define and own product ROI, including budget and/or P&L, to maximize the value of the product over its life cycle. Work closely with RGM Business Product Leads to RGM capability is adopted effectively, measuring business outcome delivered against planned target and adjust solution/process when required.

  • First Data Centric Approach: Drive in collaboration with CDO – Data and Analytics team a first data centric approach to running the business, leveraging models and algorithms that are embedded into business processes. Ensure continuous evolution of RGM data lake in support of business needs, focusing on data quality, data consistency and in-time data.

  • Digital by Design: Act as a business RGM technologist bringing ideas and solutions to leverage digital capabilities like AI-ML, UX, APIs/services, RPA, platforms, and eco-systems for NextGen RGM.

  • Security by Design: Understanding of cyber risks, K-C security posture, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance to K-C IT security and controls framework.

  • Customer Satisfaction: Perform customer follow-up and maintain healthy customer satisfaction scores.

  • Executive Communication: Engage and motivate stakeholder and delivery teams with effective communication to promote a high performing, agile and focused team environment.

  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors to influence software roadmaps and delivery of features based on agreed SLAs and pricing models.

Key Qualifications and Experiences

  • B.A. or B.S. in Information Technology, Business Discipline, or related field

  • 10 years of Experience with capability/product development, including visioning, road mapping, feature prioritization and go to market strategy

  • Ideal candidate must have experience in RGM with focus in RGM processes - Strategic Pricing, Price Pack Architecture, Mix Management, Gross to Net Optimization and Commercial Policy and technologies like SAP, MS Azure services and Snowflake

  • Proven experience in applying digital enablers (Advanced Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Predictive Models, Data Engineer, Data Science, Data Lakes, UX, etc.) to accelerate RGM deliverables for data science use cases like Pricing Elasticities, Promo Optimization, Price Volume Mix etc.

  • Experience in Strategical Data Projects mainly for Commercial area

  • Familiar with large data sets coming from third party syndicated data companies like Nielson, IRI, Spin as well as directly from local retailers

  • Agile and Scrum

  • Product Management and Development

  • Ability to maintain ROI / budget / P&L

  • Ability to inspire a team to act as a small business jointly accountable for its product

  • Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration at all levels

  • Strong CPG background (at industry or as consultant)
