The Associate Director, Analytics – Respiratory/GI will be the analytics lead for US Dupixent Respiratory/GI, responsible for the reporting and presenting of Dupixent performance and integrated insights to leadership. This individual will be an integral partner to the US Dupixent Respiratory and GI brand team, supporting both in-line indications (Asthma, CRSwNP, EoE) and preparing for future indication launches. This individual will be responsible for proactively identifying areas of opportunity through use of claims, SP, and CRM data.
Act as strategic partner to Respiratory/GI brand team leadership in key activities, such as brand planning, performance reviews, new indication launches, and assessment of new initiatives
Partner with brand team to develop and measure KPIs associated with brand strategy and tactics
Lead development and maintenance of KPI reports for the commercial team, covering Marketing, Sales, PSS, and Market Access functions
Present weekly brand performance to Head of Respiratory/GI, Respiratory/GI Brand Lead, National Sales Directors, Dupixent GM and leadership team, bringing forth integrated insights from various data sources
Partner with Advanced Analytics to support optimization of promotional spend through marketing mix analyses
Support new indication launches through leadership of behavioral segmentation and targeting
Perform ad-hoc national and sub-national analyses to proactively identify areas of opportunities and threats, leveraging marketing tactic utilization, sales execution, and customer adoption metrics
Liaison with external vendors in the production of sub-national Sales Force Effectiveness reports
Create dashboards to synthesize information and enable business decisions
Coordinate with data management to ensure insights are based on reliable, high quality information
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline
Minimum of 5+ years of Pharmaceutical, Commercial Analytics/Forecasting, Sales Operations, or Consulting experience
Proficiency of programming languages (e.g. SQL, SAS, Python, R, VBA)
Experience using analytical platforms (e.g. Databricks, Jupyter Notebook, SAS Studio, SQL developers, etc)
Experience with pharmaceutical data sources (e.g. IQVIA, Symphony, Komodo)
Experience working with SP data files (e.g. Capgemini)
Experience working with CRM data systems (e.g. Veeva, Salesforce)
Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g. Qlik Sense, Tableau)
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong strategic awareness and business acumen
Strong proven leadership, communication, and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed environment with many cross-functional partners
Self-starter, proactive in nature, and actively participates
Ability to understand and influence decisions
Master’s Degree or MBA preferred
Experience in Immunology or Specialty Care
