The Unilever Personal Care category is on a journey as we look to accelerate our Skin Cleansing and Deodorants businesses in the US and drive competitive and sustainable growth for the company. Our role as the Design for Retail team is to help re-engineer the PC Portfolio in North America with disruptive innovation and communication that makes it personal with our key retail partners to drive high growth.
It is an exciting time in personal care, with new trends, benefits, and formats reshaping routines, habits, and attitudes surrounding personal hygiene. At the same time, we are putting much more emphasis on cultivating stronger relationships with our key retail partners, such as Target and Walmart, and we aim to deliver best-in-class insights and design product innovations that will grow the category and meet the needs of their unique shoppers.

Who You Are & What You’ll Do
The Design for Retail Associate CMI Manager will be part of the North America Personal Care Consumer Market Insights team and will be responsible for analyzing a wide range of data to help inform marketing, brand, and business strategies for our key categories, with a special emphasis on our retailers. They will translate internal briefs into analytical projects. They will be comfortable using a wide range of analytical tools and be familiar with both digital data such as social and search right through to traditional business data such as penetration and brand equity. They will have expertise in both traditional and new market research methods. The individual will be responsible for providing quantitative and qualitative analysis and insight, whilst working alongside brand teams, specialist analysts, and the CMI Manager.
