At the same time, we are putting much more emphasis on cultivating stronger relationships with our key retail partners, such as Target and Walmart, and we aim to deliver best-in-class insights and design product innovations that will grow the category and meet the needs of their unique shoppers.
At Unilever, we have developed capabilities that blend consumer and shopper data from multiple sources and are instrumental in shaping our strategic priorities, product development, and precision marketing. We are looking for someone who is a strategic thinker, is passionate about putting the consumer first, and who can turn data into meaningful insights that will help shape business decisions. Someone who can spot opportunities, understand what will really address shopper pain points and help bring those ideas to life through a variety of sources.
